We had a fantastic stay at The Broad Street Townhouse. The room was beautifully presented, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town and ideal for exploring the area. The staff were excellent throughout our stay, friendly, professional, and always happy to help. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious. A wonderful place to stay and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay at the Broad Street Townhouse. A great central location which made walking to all shops, sights and restaurants very easy. Friendly, relaxed service, providing fresh milk for the room on request. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The radio was a nice touch. Delicious complimentary breakfast with many options to choose from. Some of the rooms are up multiple flights of stairs, and there is no lift, but that is to be expected in a beautiful, old building such as this. Would highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay.

We stayed here during the hottest week of the year but staff provided us with two fans which were a lifesaver! The breakfast was great, a great choice and a varied selection to set us up for the day. The location of the hotel is great as it is very close to the city centre with all its attractions.

We stayed here on our wedding night and it was lovely, they added a couple of special touches and let us leave our bags early which was so kind. Room was gorgeous and characterful. lovely bathroom and spacious room. Breakfast was really yummy, did take a little while but we weren't in a rush! Only con is they left the towel radiator on in the bathroom for us, but because it was a hot day the room was boiling hot when we got in! Solved quickly by opening window and turning the radiator off :) Would recommend to anyone coming to Bath, truly cute place
