About The Halcyon Hotel Apartments
The Roman Baths and Bath Abbey are both within walking distance of The Halcyon Hotel Apartments, along with a good spread of pubs, restaurants and other eateries on the surrounding streets. Golf courses, cycling routes and walking areas lie further afield for those wanting to get out of the city centre, and the George Street location puts guests close to Bath's usual mix of shopping and entertainment.
Rooms come as bright suites and apartments, each with an en-suite bathroom and a kitchen for guests who prefer to cook rather than eat out every night. Family rooms are available, and drinks can be brought straight to the room. The hotel has its own contemporary restaurant and bar, with free breakfast included and a 24 hour reception for whenever guests come and go.
Free WiFi runs throughout, parking is available on site, and pets are welcome. The Halcyon also operates as a wedding venue, giving it a slightly more formal edge than a typical serviced apartment block, though the self-catering kitchens keep it practical for longer stays in Bath.

What guests say
My wife and I loved staying at the Halcyon Apartments. They are ideally located in the heart of Bath, a short 12-minute walk from the station. The service was extremely courteous, the manager has been very helpful in answering all our questions and letting us check in early (we arrived at 11 in the morning). The apartments are luxurious, with everything one could wish for - comfortable beds, a nice bathroom, tea and coffee, and a magnificent view of the city. We would definitely come back here again.

We were so surprised to have found this amazing gem of a place to stay. It is more like a boutique bed and breakfast (minus having to get up for the breakfast because they just give you a basket of food that is well stocked and replenished each day so you can eat whenever you feel like it - loved that!). There were a lot of nice details put into refurbishing the rooms so that there was no mold smell at all, despite being over 300 years old! The furnishing and decor were wonderful with an incredibly comfortable bed. I can't say enough about the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff, Marie was awesome! They do little things like welcoming you in advance of your stay to make you feel invited and thought of, and there are real people to respond to you when you write back. They respond immediately with a lot of help with any questions you ever have. AND it is in a great part of Bath, really easy walking distance to everything! When I 'googled' the street, it looked a little funky and maybe not very nice, but it was not that way at all, it's a great street! This has been the best place we've stayed thus far in England with a great price for what you get. I can't recommend it enough!

Amazing amazing and a very beautiful place to stay. Spotless and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast box is a lovely touch and I have to say the coffee is just the best. The accommodation is so central to the shops and a short walk to places ie the royal crescent. Bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. Would definitely stay again and already recommended to family and friends

It was awesome. I was in love with my suite the minute I stepped in. I loved the Georgian decor/theme. It was clean and spacious and it's right in the middle of town. Very accessible and close to the Abbey and Roman Baths. I 100% look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Bath.
