What diners say
High end fine dining, in a casual atmosphere, with a friendly and professional staff 😀. We chose some traditional meals such as 13 pieces plate of sashimi morawasie, simple and perfectly fresh fish and scallops. Waygu sirloin beef so tasty, crab salad and set of 3 gua bao ( we took back home). Best Japanese experience in town ! Thank you and see you soon!

I’m coeliac and am rarely able to eat at japanese restaurants…especially eat anything other than basic sushi. I came to Kibou because I saw so many options on their menu for hot food and sushi that were gluten free. The food was amazing! The chef created a gluten free sushi sharing platter with a mix of seafood and beef. I also had a gluten free duck mazeudon. Everything was clearly marked and served with allergen flags. Our server Andrei was also extremely friendly and helpful in ensuring everything was safe.

One of the best restaurants we have ever been to. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a lovely lady whose warmth and friendliness set the tone for a wonderful dining experience. The service throughout was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The food is always exceptional, with flavours that are both unique and beautifully balanced. We ordered the chicken ramen noodles, volcano sushi rolls, and several other dishes. — each one prepared with clear skill and attention to detail. Every bite was delicious. For dessert, the passion fruit cheesecake and chocolate mousse were absolutely outstanding — rich, smooth, and perfectly presented. Truly some of the best desserts we’ve had in a long time.Compliments to the chef and the entire team for delivering such consistently high-quality food and service. Highly recommended.

I just came across this Japanese restaurant today, and they had a table for me. There was so much selection in the menu, that it took me a while to order, though I was just looking at the pescatarian options. I decided to get scallop temaki, which was quite nice and decorated with roe. My main was a tempura bento box, which was very filling (this comes with miso soup usually). The servers were very nice, 2 women on my visit (31 march 2026). I definitely would recommend if you like sushi, meat, seafood and Japanese food in general. Bento boxes are on weekday, 12-3:30pm. You can also order ramen or rice and a whole sushi selection.

Diners like this restaurant's delicious and fresh Japanese food, including a wide variety of sushi, ramen, and bento boxes, with many gluten-free and vegan options. They also highlight the vibrant and immersive atmosphere, along with the attentive and friendly staff. Guests mention the reasonable prices and excellent value, especially for the bottomless sushi on Sundays.
