Great breakfast spot. The front of house service was 5/5 but the food and coffee takes a long time to arrive. The food is delicious, but the bacon is American style and the veggie sausages were a bit overpowering. Baked beans were incredible.

Very generous falafel burgers and chips, cooked fresh, friendly staff, efficient service, their Jubel peach lager very crisp and moreish ... great funk and soul soundtrack to play guess the sample ... loads of quirky retro decorations to please the eye ... decent prices for the SE1 area ... was in Wed 15/04 approx 16:00-17:00 ... 😎

Crol & Co on Tanner Street is a real local gem. The scrambled eggs are some of the best I've had anywhere, and the brunch menu is consistently excellent. They also have a fantastic selection of locally brewed beers from the Beer Mile, making it just as good for an afternoon drink as it is for breakfast or brunch. The outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying a drink in the sun, and the atmosphere always feels relaxed and welcoming. It's dog-friendly too, which is a big plus. What really sets Crol & Co apart, though, is the staff – everyone is genuinely friendly, and they have a way of making you feel like a regular, even if it's your first visit. A great neighbourhood café and bar that gets everything right.

First time breakfast. OMG. Both the smashed sausage bun and the banana pecan bread are just divine. Even the hash browns & smoothies are fantastic. I want to learn from the chef how he makes the perfect texture with such marvellous taste! An Ask: please start a cooking school. We felt like “What have we been missing all this time when we always chose over the lunch menu for those amazing spicy chicken bag instead”. Definitely recommend both breakfast & lunch and become a repeat customer. Music Playlist is also great.
