I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. All the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Fatiha, who was absolutely amazing. She was kind, attentive, and made every breakfast a lovely experience. She is an excellent employee and truly deserves recognition. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The hotel is in a perfect location, and my room was always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely come back!

The rooms were neat and clean, but we faced a few issues with the water taps and door locks. The door did not close properly, and despite calling the reception several times, no one answered. That said, the hospitality was excellent. All the staff members were very attentive in the reception and friendly , and always willing to help in person . And in residence no room service will be offered . As it was our first day in London, we were a bit confused about getting around, but they kindly assisted us with arranging a cab and getting large bottles of mineral water, which we really appreciated. The breakfast spread was average. Compared to Marriott Bonvoy hotels in India, the variety and selection were quite limited.

I would only recommend capital improvements. Some of the carpet is atrocious. Like what stain from 2001 is in the carpets? It's just gross. The room and service team was great, but invest in your aesthetics and atmosphere and eliminate this from your guests minds. Don't make your guest walk in and instantly wonder what did I just do. If you can get past that, then everything else is fine. Make the investment, trust me about this.
