Everything has been especially wonderful. The hotel is perfect walking distance or short uber for many attractions. Lots of cute restaurants nearby as well. Staff has been absolutely wonderful. A slight issue with one of our tvs but staff has been eager to solve that. They also left fresh made cookies for us after resetting the tv. The breakfast was absolutely delightful as well. A wonderful spread. Fresh juice, coffee, Fresh fruit, croissants, sausage, jams, ect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn London Tower Bridge. The hotel is ideally located. The room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What stood out to us was the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. We appreciated the option to decline daily housekeeping, helping to reduce water and energy consumption during our stay. Also Instead of providing single-use plastic water bottles in the rooms, the hotel offers a water refill station in the lobby where guests can refill their own bottles. This is a simple but effective way to reduce plastic waste and encourage environmentally responsible travel. Combined with the excellent service from the team, it made for a memorable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

I was honestly expecting much less from the Residence Inn, but the hotel and the service were such a wonderful surprise. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a hotel and more like a cozy home where everyone was genuinely happy to host us. We felt incredibly welcome throughout our stay. While the location is a little outside the heart of Central London, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The complimentary breakfast was another pleasant surprise—it offered an impressive variety and exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Bianca and Talia, who were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and hospitable throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable.
