The food is really good. Sunday Roast is definitely a must try. Kitchen on a Sunday closes at 8.30pm, and they were kind enough to accommodate us arriving at 8.20pm. Beef and bone marrow were really good quality, and so were the Yorkshire pudding and vegetables. Price tag is on the higher end, with a pint of lager at £8.5, way above even the London average or Bermondsey beer mile prices. They have a good few options for alcohol free beer (not on tap). Service is excellent. Pub inside can get very loud to the point of being unable to talk. Dog friendly.

Visited London for an event and wanted to have a memorable food experience as well. The Garrison definitely did that! Superb Sunday Lunch. We chose the restaurant as we're huge fans of Natalie Coleman from Masterchef. It turned out she was on holiday but the service and standard of food was excellent. We can't wait to go back next time we're in London. I tried Oyster for the first time and loved it. Brenda, our server, was amazing throughout and made us feel relaxed, at home and she was clearly proud of where she worked and the top standard of her work. Thank you! Scallops starter was delicious and I had Sirloin of beef for main which was next level. Special shout to the Toasted Sourdough for the table and the butter. Small things that made it the best meal we've had in ages

A really nice birthday dinner with my family. The service was welcoming, warm and responsive. The food, especially the fish and seafood was wonderful. They even rustled up a happy birthday dessert! It was busy and crowded, even on a Monday. Highly recommended, and we’ll come again.

We went for dinner on Saturday evening and had such a lovely time. The head chef, Natalie Coleman, who won MasterChef back in 2013, came over to chat with us about the daily fish. She was brilliant. I went for the skate and my partner chose the John Dory and we shared chips with curry sauce on the side. My skate was absolutely delicious and his John Dory was cooked beautifully. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and we felt really well looked after. We will definitely be back.
