Hollywood Bowl Birmingham Resort World

Came by for a game of bowling and had a really good time. The venue is spacious, clean, and has a relaxed atmosphere that makes it enjoyable whether you’re with friends or family. We booked a VIP booth, which I definitely recommend if you want a bit more privacy and comfort while playing as it makes the experience feel a little more special. We also ordered a couple of drinks and some salty bites, and they were tasty and hit the spot. Service throughout was friendly and professional, which made the visit even smoother. What really stood out is how much there is to do beyond bowling…plenty of arcade games, pool tables, air hockey, and more, so kids and adults can keep entertained for hours. It’s very family friendly and a great option for a fun day or night out. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a mix of bowling, games, and good vibes.

This is a great arcade. Has a great range of games and even have pool tables for those who don't want to play games. Their are two arcades in resorts world this one i personally don't think is as good as the other one but they are both great. Their are machines in which you can get change out of which the other one doesn't offer and that is convenient.

My daughter really enjoyed her experience of having a party here! The kids party package is great! Fairly value for money considering the difference we’ve spent on parties for her before where I’ve hired a hall and done my own catering and activities etc. Brian was assisting us for most of the time we were there including a couple of other members of staff and he in particular was friendly, kind, attentive and efficient and I’m very grateful for that as someone who’s families needs are highly stressful for me at times!

We had a really nice time at Hollywood Bowl overall, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We booked the VIP area, which made the experience feel a bit more special. There was a slight hiccup at the start when we had trouble with the machine on our lane. Maintenance came over to try and fix it, and after about a five-minute wait they decided to move us to another lane. After that, we didn’t experience any further issues. However, another group was then placed on the original lane and seemed to run into similar problems. It would be reassuring if the lanes were checked and maintained more frequently to ensure everything is working properly before customers start. Aside from that, the overall experience was good and the kids really enjoyed it, which is the main thing. We’d happily return.
