Avoid this place if you're actually expecting a premium health club. I’ve been stuck here on a 12-month membership and honestly, it’s been one headache after another. The facilities are constantly falling apart. The pool and steam room are shut down more often than they're open, and for a long stretch there was a rank, rotten egg sewage smell in the showers that nobody seemed to care about fixing. When I complained about the steam room and showers being closed - I was told “it’s the same as if your boiler wasn’t working”. No that would be if i’m a landlord and i had paying tenants or customers. Good luck trying to get your direct debits sorted out without having to chase them down repeatedly, either. The general vibe is completely shot. People treat the place like a playground, being rowdy and loud and doing whatever they want, while the staff just stand there and do nothing about it. It genuinely feels more like a prison yard than a gym. Then to top it all off, when you try to raise a basic point, the front desk staff would rather pick an argument than actually try to understand or show an ounce of customer service. Zero professionalism from top to bottom. Don't let the decent rating fool you either. All the positive reviews you see are purely for specific classes and particular instructors, not the actual day-to-day operation of the gym itself. There is an attitude at this gym - “we’ll do what we want”. Customer complaints are dismissed and not taken seriously. Take your money somewhere else.

I wanted to leave a review for Joseph because the level of service and professionalism he showed was genuinely outstanding. From the moment I needed help, he was approachable, calm, and extremely kind. You can instantly tell he takes both his role as a lifeguard and manager very seriously while still making customers feel comfortable and welcome. Joseph went above and beyond to help me and handled everything with such confidence and professionalism. He stayed patient, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole interaction, which really stood out to me. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only highly capable at their job but also genuinely cares about the people around them. The facility felt safe, organised, and well-managed, and that clearly reflects Joseph’s leadership and work ethic. He is an absolute credit to the team, and his positive attitude and dedication do not go unnoticed. Customer service like this deserves to be recognised.

The gym is very spacious and well equipped, and even at peak times I’ve never had to wait long for equipment to become available. They’ve recently upgraded the steam room, and the pool area, the women’s changing rooms, and the showers are very clean. The Sunday yoga class with Hubert-Richard is excellent, and the Operations Manager Josh was really responsive and helpful when I emailed with membership questions.

The gym asked us to vote for our favorite instructor, and without a doubt, mine is Payal! She is an incredibly experienced Yoga teacher. I have been attending her classes for years and have never had a single injury. Every routine is perfectly designed to build flexibility and strength in a smooth, flowing way. Plus, she regularly refreshes the routines, so the classes are always exciting and you never get bored. Highly recommended!
