This was our first trip to Birmingham, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to mark the occasion. With the perfect start to spring and golden light streaming in, it felt special from the moment we arrived. We were welcomed by a lovely team who kindly offered a fantastic upgrade to celebrate our special occasion. The hotel is connected to The Button Factory in the industrial-style building next door, which makes a vibey spot for a sundowner before heading out to explore the city. Perfectly situated in the Jewellery Quarter, it’s an ideal base for discovering Birmingham.

For a supposedly 'Deluxe' room, No 16 was disappointing. Room very cold on arrival. Radiator not working. Staff did fix it promptly though. Room quite dark and dingy. Curtain linings ripped. T-bags out of their packets left in room. Dirty drink glass marks on desk in room. Was very disappointed in our stay. Plus side staff were very friendly.

Had a lovely night at the townhouse. Nice quality furnishings. Good room amenities. Decent location with numerous nearby car parking options. Decent value for a quick stay in Birmingham.
