Brilliant service by Harman during breakfast, he was extremely courteous and attentive. A special mention for putting in effort to get us gluten-free options for us, which truly made our day. It’s these thoughtful little gestures that leave the biggest impression. Overall, as frequent guests of Novotel, we have always appreciated the excellent staff and service. The team has been brilliant throughout our stay. The rooms, however, could benefit from a little TLC and refreshing to match the high standard of hospitality provided by the staff :)

Had a lovely meal at the hotel restaurant. Krit and Shelly were very welcoming and friendly. We were accompanied by two boysterous children but this did not faze them at all. Would also like to say a big thank you to the chefs who prepared wonderful food. Very very nice. .

Room was clean and Pleasant. We ate in the restaurant, and the food was really nice and hot. My son had chicken nuggets off the kids menu and it was like an adult portion. The server Gauri was attentive, and spoke to my children. Very warm person. Service was very prompt Would definitely recommend staying here and eating in the restaurant if you have an early flight.

We had a great experience at the bar. The drinks were excellent, and the service was outstanding. The waiter was very friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. His positive attitude and great customer service really made a difference.
