We enjoyed our stay here over a weekend. Rooms are good and clean. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked as it should. Restaurant offers good unlimited breakfast buffet in the mornings including drinks. This is very close to the rail station, asha's restaurant and not too far from many clubs and restaurants. Rooms were sound proof, guven the busy street that this is on. So would fully recommend 👌

Had stayed for one night. No breakfast ordered. Situated perfectly in Town by the Cathedral. However noisy it was, I didn't hear much with the windows closed from the 5th floor. The room was typical of the usual standard one would expect, clean and no nonsense, TV, chair and a comfy bed. I had a fairly good sleep. I didn't expect anything out of the ordinary to make the experience outstanding, and that was unfortunately it.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Waterloo Street Birmingham and had a really great experience. The location is perfect, very central and within easy reach of shopping, restaurants, bars and local attractions. The staff were all extremely friendly, courteous and polite throughout our stay. They genuinely seemed interested in making sure we were having a great time and that everything was okay for us, which made a big difference. The room itself was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Birmingham.

Second time staying here and I was overwhelmed with the kindness and consideration from staff. I encountered 4 different members of staff that were incredibly friendly and helpful. At the end of a long and hot day, a very nice lady on reception gave my daughter an ice lolly. I them became ill overnight and staff were very attentive and supportive, even reimbursing me for a paid breakfast I wasn't able to eat, but allowed me to drink and my daughter to eat free. Rarely do you see customer service to this standard, and I was overwhelmed when they even called their sister hotel (closer to the station) to store our luggage, so I wouldn't have to walk back to the hotel when unwell. Just exceptional, and all should be credited. Well done team!! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
