A great outdoor area for catching the sun and eating outside. Cocktails are very nice and the overall vibe is a chilled one. The steak on the bone that I had was the best i've eaten for a long time. The staff are helpful and professional.

Great location to get into the centre and Edgbaston and provided the charm that came from not being in the heart of the city. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Even the cosy single room, I thought had plenty of space for 2 people. The pub next door, attached to the hotel provided excellent service and food was good too. Easy check in and out, using a keycode system sent in advance. Would recommend if you need a place to stay. I'll be coming back when next in Birmingham. Only downside was lack of WiFi but was assured this was being fixed after a storm.

Had a lovely stay at this fantastic boutique hotel. Great communication and very, very nice room with high ceilings and a spacious bathroom. Quiet, comfortable, very good value. Had a delicious dinner and breakfast at their pub next door, where the staff were all brilliant. Highly recommended. Thank you.

There was a family event booked for New Years Eve at the Highfield, and my partner and I were originally booked to stay at a different hotel on the same road (Edgbaston house). We arrived at the original hotel to find out that they'd cancelled our booking and not informed us. We were concerned about finding another hotel on New Years Eve at such short notice, but we spoke to Tash and she managed to get us in at the Highfield Town House for 2 nights. Tash and the team were so accommodating: we had the room, breakfast for 2 mornings and the price was matched for what we would've paid initially. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were all friendly and happy to help with anything. The room was spacious and catered for all of our needs. We are so grateful to Tash and the team and would definitely stay at the Highfield Town House again if we were in the area. Thank you!
