Number 3

Number 3 is a ground floor apartment where everything you need for a self-catering break is already in place. The kitchen has a gas cooker, range, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, so you can prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full meal. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. There's parking for two cars and an electric charging point if you need it.

The layout gives you space to spread out. The living room opens through French doors to a south-facing garden with seating and a BBQ. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and its own ensuite shower; bedroom 2 has a double bed and garden access; bedroom 3 has two single beds. A second bathroom with bath and shower serves the rest of the property. A highchair and welcome pack are provided.

Location-wise, you're a couple of miles from Bournemouth's pier, gardens and shops, with Southbourne and Boscombe's independent restaurants and bars nearby. The beaches here are accessible for swimming and walking. Sandbanks is to the west, and the wider Dorset coast offers drives and coastal walks. No smoking throughout.
