A very disappointing experience – I do not recommend this hotel We arrived at the hotel with normal expectations, but as soon as we entered the room, we were so disappointed that we immediately left. The room was extremely hot, around 38°C, with no air conditioning, even though the hotel website states that this facility is available. In reality, there was no air conditioning at all. The only solution provided was a small fan, which was completely ineffective in such high temperatures. We could not stay in the room and requested a refund, including the £25 extra charge paid for our dog, but this request was refused. I find it unacceptable for a hotel to advertise facilities that do not exist and then refuse to take responsibility when a guest cannot use the accommodation as advertised. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing and showed a lack of respect towards customers. A very poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel, especially during periods of hot weather. Please check carefully before booking, as the information provided online does not match the reality.

Feel this hotel needs some attention This hot weather an exception should made to provide fridges free of charge. The room was good but the balcony area was awful No area to sit outside Filthy water left in the unused pool I would suggest to anyone wanting to book go for the sister hotel next door The Charlton As that's where the pool and breakfast and outside sitting space _and garden is and mostly everything is. So when booking the Belvilla you are just paying for a room. Staff very attentive and well mannered but unfortunately its not them that own the hotel Tick this one off our list

We had a lovely stay at the Bournemouth East Cliff Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to the beach and local attractions. The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Jamal at reception, who provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay. He was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. His positive attitude really made our experience even better and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Bournemouth.
