We had a wonderful stay at this lovely old cottage-style hotel. The building has so much character and history, which made our visit feel even more special. Our room was very cosy and clean, with a comfortable mattress, fresh bedding and a really nice bed. The bathroom was also very clean and well looked after. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious too. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy, charming and peaceful stay. Thank you very much! 💐

Stayed one night in this lovely hotel. We were welcomed warmly, room was very big and clean. Tea/coffee making in the room with more options in a cabinet in the hallway. Lovely large bathroom with shower and roll top bath, towels were huge, thick and soft. Beds very comfortable. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast with quality ingredients as well as cereals, fruit, yoghurts and toast. Short walk to the seafront and town. Owner was lovely, chatty and attentive. This was a very grand house in its day and the original features have been preserved. Would definately recommend!

An old big house adapted for a hotel. As any old house, requires maintenance, there are noises of the construction, a bit messy, but rooms and bathrooms are quite clean, sheets and towels as well. The breakfast is peculiar: despite having the simple and limited cold buffet, the hot part is prepared at the moment, with scheduled time, still limited but well prepared and as fresh as it would be if we prepared ourselves. Great location: walking distance to the center and to the beach/pier. The staff is great and helpful. It was a nice stay...

Clean, cosy and very welcoming. We were greeted by the owner who said hello to our dog first. Once directed to our room, we found it's well presented, clean and tidy. Most importantly, we didn't hear any movement from the hallway or other rooms which was great for our dog who can be quite reactive to noise. Great location, comfy bed.. Overall a big win for us
