Great little hotel. Location was great, literally 10min or less to the town centre/ beach. It’s around other hotels and a school which made me feel safer as a woman staying on her own. On arrival the staff was very polite, friendly and professional. The room was small but perfectly fine for a single person. I rated the room as 3 star as I saw dust quite a few times. Window ledge, lamp, mirror and bathroom toilet top. I found a couple small hairs on the pillows, I simply brushed them off but it’s worth noting. For me personally the duvet and pillows were uncomfortable. Overall the price is really great, the location fab and the service amazing! Would stay again.

Really unfortunate as initially I could overlook my outlook which is a building site as the room is delightful and truly comfy bed .However either the young group of people have a very early check or have returned from a night out but ive been awake since 4am when they arrived/returned. So bit harsh to blame the owners of Hotel however think responsibility of managing the comings and goings of residents is so I'm afraid it's one star now as I'm shattered and have a long journey home ahead of me feeling weary rather than refreshed !

I enjoyed my time here in cecil court hotel, 10 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins walk to town centre. And staff in hotel was great, willing to help. Thank you once again, will come back again. Might come for xmas

To reply to you, you did not suggest alternative hotel with lift etc as you say. I have never stayed anywhere that has refused help with luggage . Asked for help with luggage on my arrival day due to a serious back problem but was told this is not possible which surprised me. Also oddly told wish you luck in finding an alternative when there are hundreds of hotels etc in Bournemouth! I therefore had to cancel my booking.
