What guests say
The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was okay, no airs and graces but they were well stocked with tea and coffee in the room. The room appeared clean and tidy and pretty sound proof and they provided soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The downstairs lounge area was tidy and the large TV in there was nice.

Lovely hotel. Very nice friendly staff. Absolutely loved the nice young man(think it was the landlady's son of 4-5years bless him)who re did my room card after a kind extra hour was allowed before my check out. Very polite. Would recommend!

The manager was so lovely! Welcomed us with a big smile. I asked for a early check in and she was more than happy to do that. Also we got to check out late for an extra fee. The location of the hotel is amazing! Loved the overall experience! Definitely booking this one when we visit Bournemouth next time🥰

Made 2 stays in the hotel...on first visit excellent customer service and great stay. Second visit was a bit disappointing... Saturday 7th January while checking out we informed the receptionists we were hearing constant knocking noises from the roof that was disturbing us and you should get it checked as you don't want to hear this complain from other customers. The gentleman at the reception was very polite about it but there was European lady who came across very rude... told us to book a room on another floor next time. And she shared her experience on noises she hears in her place. Poor customer service
