A different hotel experience, a lovely change from the big chains. The staff are fabulous. Lots of chocolate 😁 Made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Room a bit on the small side but its an old building with character so you can't expect a massive room. It's a bit quirky with great service and loads of chocolate so what's not to love

Extremely pleasant staff who are really personable, exquisitely decorated room, home made chocolates were very tasty including a well put together hamper waiting for us when we arrived. The bed was very comfy and we had a great nights sleep, the hotel was situated in a quiet area although it is only a few minutes out from the town centre. Breakfast was of great quality and was served promptly with a smile. Overall we'd definitely recommend to anyone.

Just spent a night at this lovely hotel. Location central to town and easy to get to. Immediately from the entrance It feels cosy and inviting and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and beautifully designed with chocolate artwork. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it to all.

Weren't a bad stay, the beds were really comfy .. a few negatives, the walls are paper thin and being that we had the suite next to the bar, guests were in there until 11pm (even though management highlighted it closed to guests at 9:30pm, a little mismanaged if you ask me after wanting to rest after a 3hour drive). The bathroom had no ventilation whatsoever, Windows wouldn't open either due to them being forced shut and locked which made it unbearable at times. We had no shower gel for 2 days, staff thought it was more important to replace complimentary chocolate instead of the following. On the positive, staff were VERY attentive, especially the kitchen staff. The hotel is situated 5mins walk from the seafront, a really nice walk ! And view. If it wasn't for the following negatives, I would've rated 5*.
