About Premier Inn Bournemouth Central
A room at Premier Inn Bournemouth Central comes with an en-suite bathroom, drinks available in-room, and, depending on aspect, a view out over the sea. The hotel has 120 rooms spread across nine floors, served by a lift, with family and accessible rooms available for those who need them. Some guests have found the rooms run a little warm, so it is worth bearing in mind if you prefer a cooler night's sleep.
Downstairs there is a restaurant and bar for breakfast and evening meals, with staff on hand around the clock at 24-hour reception. Breakfast in particular gets a good mention from those who stay. Parking is available nearby at a charge, at Pavilion Car Park on Westover Road.
The location on Westover Road puts the beach, pier and Bournemouth's shops within easy reach on foot, and the surrounding area offers cycling and walking routes, watersports, golf and fishing, plus plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. It is a straightforward, well-placed base for exploring the town.
What guests say
Stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago and had a great experience. Although there is no parking available at the hotel, it was very clear where the nearby paid for car parks are. We parked in the central car park just off of upper hinton road, which was good value and easy given we already use the RingGo app. The room was clean, spacious and well equiped and the sofa bed was made up for us when we arrived. The staff were very helpful and professional. Finally, the best thing about this hotel was the amazing location with so much within walking distance. Close to shopping, cinema, the beach and lots of restaurants.

The rooms were very variable. Some had lovely views and others didn't. As stated, there is no air con so we had to open the windows (as far as they would open) and then deal with the road noise. The rooms could do with some updating (e.g. the carpets) but beds were comfortable and our room was very spacious. Rooms near the lift can be noisy. The staff were all friendly and the hotel was very well located. Breakfast was great. Would stay again if not in the hotter months.

Firstly the floor we were staying on smelt of damp, requested to move due to this but no availability, the lityle uht pots must of been damaged and when making a cup of tea, it floated instead of mixing. However miraculously a room became available which we moved to. We where told there was a flood in one of the rooms last week, but obviously nothing had been actioned to ensure a enjoyable rest for customers. Breakfast you needed to be down before 8 if you actually wanted a decent filling for the day. AC not working and the rooms were stifling and for the 1st night was very uncomfortable for the family. Forget the view, it was a large concrete building all 3 sides.

Excellent location. It's easy to get both to the beach and the train station. There are lots of lunch places nearby. The room was very spacious and surprisingly clean. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Though, had to wait for 5-10 mins every time we needed to speak to someone at the reception as no one was ever there. Other than that it's a great place to stay if you don't want to splurge money on fancy hotels.
