Premier Inn Bournemouth East Boscombe

I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Eastcliff. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The dinner was also very good, especially the burgers—they were delicious, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Premier Inn Eastcliff to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality. I look forward to staying here again!

While the room was fairly clean, the stay was quite uncomfortable. Overall, this hotel is mediocre and located in a somewhat rundown area. The only reason we chose this otherwise fairly average place was because it was relatively close to the train station and the beach, and most importantly, because it advertised air conditioning. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly, and the room was still uncomfortably hot at bedtime. The hotel staff were unable to do anything to help, as there appeared to be no backup option. To make matters worse, there isn't even an easy way to contact the staff by phone. There were no fans available, and the windows could not be opened, leaving us with no way to cool the room. We were assured that the air conditioning would eventually work and told to be patient, but that did not really resolve the issue as it was still quite warm in the middle of the night. I'm especially upset because reliable air conditioning was the primary reason we chose this hotel over other options. The night staff was friendly and eventually found two fans but the room was still quite warm most night.

Whilst our stay was quiet and the breakfast being lovely as well as the blonde lady who does the front desk and breakfast. the room and the lifts let us down. When we entered the room it seemed it hasn’t been cleaned to the best of its ability; toilet roll was half empty, hair still in the shower, the bin was dirty and a bag had been placed on top of the dirt. mould all around the window area as well as the air con leaking water onto the wall below due to humidity. where the lifts are concerned i can walk but not very far two out of three lifts seemed to have problems during our stay and whilst in the one that was working it seemed to jerk and jitter whilst getting to the lower floors causing discomfort for us whilst using the lifts.

Enjoyed a fabulous stay here the last couple of days. The rooms were lovely and clean, all facilities in working order. Food was great and the breakfast did not disappoint. Staff were welcoming and friendly too. I will definetly book to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend.
