The Stables is a detached barn conversion on a 23-acre farm in Breckland, with countryside views from the grounds. Everything is on the ground floor: three bedrooms (two doubles and one with two singles), one bathroom with a roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle, plus a separate toilet. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob and washing machine, and the living room has a TV and DVD player. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included.
There is a courtyard with outdoor furniture, parking for three cars on site, and a children's corner with small animals. Note that an unfenced lake lies 550 yards away on the grounds. The farm is not working, though free-range eggs are available. Breckland sits within reach of Norfolk's coast—Cromer and Sheringham are roughly an hour's drive—and the Norfolk Broads are similarly distant. Norwich is 30 minutes away. Locally, there is walking and cycling in the surrounding countryside, and Holt is nearby for shops and cafes.
