Downstairs, a living room and separate kitchen open onto a conservatory overlooking the back garden and surrounding paddocks. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking proper meals—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer included. On this floor too is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower over the bath. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, both with kingsize beds and their own televisions; one has an ensuite shower room, and the other has a day bed and single bed too. A second bathroom serves the landing.

The enclosed garden is the real draw. A patio leads to a private hot tub that fits six, with garden furniture and a modern pellet barbecue for cooking outdoors. Parking covers three cars. One dog stays free. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. The property is non-smoking.
