While the screens are average, and there are no issues with staff and service, the experience really needs to change. The building is tired and so far gone and rusty that the best option would probably be to knock it down and start again. Scaffolding has been on the outside of the building for months now, though I am not sure what their plan is with it, to contain the crumbling building or to renovate? Many screens are undesirable including the one deep underground, which is almost impossible to navigate even when the film hasn't started. The entrance isn't pretty either.. instead of the side entrance you have to walk along the windy promenade and enter through a single working door amongst the scaffolding. In terms of snacks, you can either go to the overpriced Odeon counter, or there is a Costa inside too. The other option which is now defunct was Ben and Jerry's, which now just sits on the side used for storage. Overall, a very odd building, not really suited for a cinema any more in my opinion. I hope to see improvements in the future, because this building seems to have been a nightmare for Odeon since quite a while ago.

This cinema is situated just opposite Pier.. there are 8 screens.. the entrance has coffee shop and good sitting area.. the cinema hall is good..with adequate size screen ( neither big nor small).. the sound quality is average.. the F&B area is good with good combo offer. .dont miss their Nachos with three dips (very delicious and huge quantity).. the only department the cinema lack is cleanliness..its all mess.. there were popcorn splattered across all stairs.. rest all good..

Very disappointing experience. The film itself was excellent but the cinema definitely wasn't. Dreadful entrance and exit. Unpleasant atmosphere, it felt derelict and closed. Walking to screen one was miserable, nothing exciting about it. The floor had popcorn everywhere and the bins were full to overflowing. There was no soap in any of the dispensers in the upstairs female toilets. Screen one was very disappointing. We chose two seats in the most expensive area and yet could not fully see the screen. Potentially, every seat has a restricted view because the rows are not high enough to see over the people in front of you. Couldn't believe it. Also, the room just got hotter and hotter, I was sweating buckets especially as the film is almost three hours long! This was not the wow factor, blockbuster experience you should expect at an Odeon Cinema.

Happy Odeon has screened so many movies from Hong Kong. It is definitely a good thing for the people can have a chance to watch the movies and understand more the culture. A big Thank you! However the facilities start getting a little bit old (maybe strict to refurbishment because of the building structure?) but knowing the staff is always friendly and did a good job to keep clean the place.
