What guests say
I had a pleasant stay over a long weekend visiting friends in Brighton. The rooms are basic, slightly dated decor, but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Compared to others in the area it felt good value. The floor in my room was very uneven, but that's not too surprising in this area of Brighton! All the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. I didn't opt to have breakfast there so I can't comment on that - but there are lots of great food options nearby.

Amazing service ( over the top helpfulness, greatly appreciated) The apartments are near the beach and only about 1,2km from central Brighton. Easy to find. Only downside about location is it has a bit of litter outside due to overfilled private bins. Rooms were great for the night. Will definitely use again if we come back to the area.

Stayed here over the weekend and had a pleasant stay overall. The room: I had booked a twin room, which turned out to be a double and a single bed. This wasn't an issue for us but probably something to be aware of. The decor is a bit dated but the room was clean, however we did find the floor to be very uneven, so perhaps not suitable for guests with accessibility needs (there is also no elevator). We did also think the room was very warm, even with the window open and a fan running, which was tolerable for late May/early June but would probably be very uncomfortable in the warmer summer months. Soundproofing is also lacking, as I was woken up in the mornings by other guests passing outside the room and could hear the toilet flushing/pipes running in the room above us. I imagine this is to do with the age of the building, as many houses in Brighton are like this, so I don't think this is something unique to this accomodation. Nonetheless, the beds were comfortable and we thought we paid a fair price for the quality of our stay, so no serious complaints. Service: The FOH staff were accomodating with checking myself and my friend in separately due to different arrival times which was appreciated. I would also like to thank the housekeeping team for their assistance after my friend fell unwell, ensuring we had a clean and tidy room to return to the next day. Location: The accomodation is located on a quiet side-street, so we had no issues with noise. We didn't pay for the breakfast option, as there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance to choose from. The seafront was also just down the road, along with all the main Brighton attractions. All in all, I would happily stay here again. Thank you!

I loved how big and spacious the rooms were as well as the quality of the beds, they looked cheap but felt comfortable, the service was amazing with such helpful staff and quick response to complaints. The location was amazing too it was really close to the beach and central Brighton, malls and coffee shops were easily accessible because of the straightforward way. Overall 5 stars and underrated for a 3 star hotel
