About Brightonwave
A freshly prepared breakfast with a proper choice of cooked-to-order dishes sets the tone at Brightonwave, a small bed and breakfast on Madeira Place in Brighton. The eight rooms are well kept and comfortable, with clean, spacious layouts and beds that guests find easy to settle into, along with the sort of thoughtful extras that make a short stay simpler. Free WiFi and luggage storage are available throughout, and the atmosphere is friendly rather than formal, with staff on hand to help with local recommendations or practical questions.

What guests say
I actually can’t recommend this B&B enough. It was absolutely phenomenal. The room was so lovely, and the garden area was really beautiful and relaxing. The room had everything, tea, coffee, a fan, some chocolates! The whirlpool bath is a great touch. The breakfast was really delicious and fresh. We saw Richard and Simon around during our stay and they were really friendship and helpful, without being over bearing. Richard and Simon have really thought of everything with Brightonwave and it’s a credit to the both of them. Would happily stay here again.

Great hotel, lovely owners and the room was perfect for 2 people. Close to the front and the pier and not a long walk into the centre of town, or there are buses too. Very nice vegetarian/ vegan breakfast too!

I'll start by saying that I'm Italian and I'm very picky about cleanliness and breakfast. I stayed here for work and had the pleasure of meeting Richard and Simon, two kind and helpful people. Breakfast was freshly prepared with quality ingredients, the atmosphere was welcoming, the cleanliness was excellent (I found this place cleaner than Italian hotels), and the location is strategic for visiting Brighton. Highly recommended.

This is a real home from home, impeccably clean, stylish and with a real attention to detail. The breakfast is perfect with a good choice and beautifully presented. I last stayed here 11 years ago and it is still owned by the same people, which is very comforting, with a real passion for what they do running this hotel to the highest standards. I highly recommend.
