About ibis Brighton City Centre - Station

A hundred and forty rooms across five floors make ibis Brighton City Centre - Station one of the larger options right by the train station on Queens Road, handy for arriving without a car since no parking is available on site. Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and drinks, with family and accessible rooms also on offer, though upkeep can be inconsistent from room to room.

Downstairs there's a restaurant, bar and snack bar, with breakfast, packed lunches and kids' meals all catered for. Staff are consistently described as friendly and quick to help, and the breakfast buffet is a particular strong point. A lift serves all floors, luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures, and pets are welcome.

The location puts Brighton's city centre and seafront attractions within easy reach on foot, making this a practical base for exploring without needing to drive. Business services are also available for those combining work with a stay.

3 Star hotel should definitely be more like 4! Me and my partner stayed here from the 16th July to the 18th (Two nights) and i honestly can’t fault it. Upon check in we were warmly greeted and any queries were answered with great knowledge. I emailed in advance to our stay requesting a room with a larger bathroom to the normal standard rooms and they executed that for us perfectly! (I wish all the rooms had the same spacious bathroom). The room itself was lovely, we were located on the tenth floor, nice large comfy bed which appeared to have a memory foam topper on, the basic amenities like a kettle, tea bags, milk sachets etc. There was also a decent sized TV which to my surprise had YouTube as standard! We had to ask for a couple extra towels & toilet rolls during our stay however the staff were more than happy to help with that. Didn’t dine in the establishment however from what we saw it looked lovely. Check out was just as easy as checking in, you can either speak to a staff member or drop your keys in the speedy check out box! I’m an All Accor member and will be returning for any future Brighton trips I have planned. 10/10 Service!

I wanted to particularly praise the lovely front desk staff at this hotel who were generally very pleasant and helpful. Daniela was delightful. She arranged for me to have a quiet end of corridor top floor room at my request and advised me about the parking options. Ibis guests get a 40% discount if they use the RCP car park in North Street, by registering their vehicle on a tablet at the hotel. This works out significantly less expensive than typical Brighton parking providers. The food in the restaurant was of a reasonable standard but expensive. Capacity was strained due to a large coach party staying here. The room was no frills with hard flooring and plastic furniture, but the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was spacious. Everything was clean. I would be happy to stay here again.

A wonderful stay in the hotel. Even though hardware is 3*, the service provided by the staff is definitely 4* or above!!! Room is clean and spacious with nice view. The staff are friendly, polite, efficient and presentable. Their service is much much much better than other hotel under Accor group. And I can watch YouTube in the room!!! That’s not commonly available in Ibis hotels. I highly appreciate the service and thank you for the little treat for Accor members. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Brighton.
