Loved this small hotel so much. It's walking distance from central Brighton and minutes away from good cafes. The rooms are well supplied with coffee machine, tea, biscuits, chocolate and water. Good water pressure in the shower and super comfy bed and pillows. Steve and his staff are all delightful and so is the little back garden. It is also very quiet, I suspect some quality sound proofing has been installed. I will definitely stay again.

Let me just add to the 5* reviews. The hotel is immaculate and the attention to detail is first-rate. Rooms are very tastefully decorated with little surprises like the Alexa and phone charging pad. Location was perfect for the centre and only 10 minute walk to the Lanes with lots of bars and restaurants. Parking is limited outside the hotel, but with a daily permit (£12.50) you can park in any zone C space, there are plenty. The hosts, Peter & Steve are very nice and knowledgeable, if you need a perfect base for a stay in Brighton, this should be top of your list

I had a amazing stay at RBB in a great location near the town and beach at the bottom of the road, the single room was as described, comfortable bed, loved the décor beautiful building, great to have a small fridge and a well stocked tea, coffee, water and biscuits etc every day, and the room cleaned every day if you desired, loved the small garden. Great hosts too Steve & Peter very welcoming and helpful, plus l was there for the Fat Boy Slim event sadly only watched from outside the gig, which the host sang in the choir on Saturday night wow they were awesome, thank you RBB l had a fab time exploring Brighton and surrounding areas, will definitely visit again.

Excellent customer service, communication skills and well mannered gentlemen - both Peter and Steve, as well as the young man that asked to clean my room. They all went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and to help accommodate my slight unfortunate limited physical disability. Perfect location too. Highly recommend. Will be going back at some in the future soon!
