Everything you need is provided: wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, and the kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer. The single bedroom contains zip-and-link beds, and there's a shower room with cubicle shower. The living area has a smart TV. A small garden with patio, furniture and barbecue looks out over shared farmland.
The location suits people who want to walk from their door. A footpath leads directly to the Marriotts Way, a long-distance trail through the Broadland landscape. The village centre, with shop, post office and pub, is a quarter-mile away. Norwich is five miles south; Wroxham, where you can hire boats on the Broads, is seven miles north. Fishing at Hevingham lakes, woodland gardens at Hoveton Hall and Fairhaven, Thrigby Hall Wildlife Park, and the Bure Valley Gauge Railway are all within reach. Pets stay free. The cottage is non-smoking and has private parking on site.

Louise is a great hostess and person to deal with, very professional. The harvest Barn is amazing and there is a great big open field opposite for the dogs to walk and play. Shops are very local within minutes in a car if you need supplies. The area is very peaceful and the locals are pleasant. This place must be amazing in the summer. Highly recommended.

Lovely looking holiday barns, delivered the family their weeks holiday groceries/shopping. Think their was about 3 self contained Holiday barns, all with a little garden/outdoor space and parking. The site looked well maintained.

Fabulous holiday Barns in rural North Norfolk. Had a great stay with 16 family members and 2 dogs! Everyone had a lovely time, great location in the countryside and within 1/2 hour drive to the seaside.

Lovely place, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Louise is friendly and helpful. It's ideal if you have a dog as it has a lovely gated garden. Would have been 5 stars but for the narrow roads to and from the cottage. Would definitely go again.
