Walking into Evening Glory, you step straight into a single-storey open-plan living space. The layout puts everything on one floor: two bedrooms (one double, one with two singles), a shower room, kitchen and dining area, and a sitting room with Freeview TV. The garden slopes down to the River Yare, 10 yards away—an unfenced water feature worth knowing about if visiting with children. Two cars park on site, and one well-behaved dog stays free.

The kitchen has an electric cooker and full refrigeration for self-catering; wi-fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. Outside, a patio and garden furniture face the water, where fishing is available on the property itself. The setting is Brundall, a village known for boat building and hire, with its own railway station, a small market, post office and several pubs. Buccaneer Boats Marina is nearby if you want to explore the Norfolk Broads from the water rather than stay put.

Norwich lies about half an hour by car or train, useful for a day out but not necessary—the river views and waterside routine keep most guests entertained locally. Arrive after 4pm and leave by 10am. No smoking in the property.
