Nature's Nook sits on the River Yare at water's edge, a single-level timber lodge with its own mooring point and fishing rights. Two bedrooms—one double, one bunk—and a shower room serve four guests. The open-plan living space runs kitchen to lounge, with French doors opening onto a terrace and decking that reaches down to the river. Essentials including heating, electricity, linen and wifi are covered, and there is parking for one car on site.
Everything happens on one floor here. The kitchen has a full electric setup: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A woodburner and Smart TV fill the lounge; the terrace furniture overlooks the water. A fishing bait fridge sits ready for season (permits required). For those without a boat, a slipway is nearby; for those arriving by train, Brundall station is walkable, and the village itself has a post office, mini-market, restaurants and pubs, plus a café. The Norfolk Broads and their 125 miles of navigable waterway lie within easy reach. One dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
