The Broads are within reach and the Norfolk coast a short drive away, making this corner-plot lodge on the Langmere Lakes site a practical base for exploring the region without sacrificing a proper retreat. Everything here is on the ground floor: a living space with wood burner and Smart TV, a dining area with bi-fold doors opening to the garden, and a kitchen fitted with two ovens, dishwasher and coffee machine. The first bedroom has a kingsize bed separated from the living area by theatrical curtains that can open completely; the second has a super kingsize and ensuite shower. A roll-top bath sits in the second bathroom. Parking for two cars is on site, and wifi, heating, bed linen and towels are included.
The lodge is furnished with genuine period pieces alongside contemporary touches—reclaimed cinema table, vintage film posters, high-end kitchen gadgets. A front garden with seating looks out towards countryside. One dog is welcome at no extra charge. There is no smoking in the property, and it is not suitable for children.
