Excellent campsite within a short walk of Keswick centre. No shortage of shops for everything you might need. The hard-standing pitches are excellent. The showers etc were spotless although there are only 4 showers for each gender. I thought this would be a problem but it seems most of the UK population doesn't shower in the morning so it wasn't a problem.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from Derwentwater in one direction and the busy market town of Keswick in the other. The site is extremely well maintained and run by the most friendly team we have experienced in the past 20 years of touring. The facilities are spotless , there is a small card only shop as well as the usual local attraction guides of which there are plenty.
