The room was comfortable and clean. It looked like it had just been decorated. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows seemed a bit firm There is no breakfast but we knew that before we arrived but it is advertised as such There are parking spaces to the rear. I have a LWB van and found it easy to park. Owners are polite and helpful. The city centre is 15 minutes walk so this is an ideal location from which to explore.

Location was great. 10 minute walk to city centre. Room was clean with everything I needed. Bed was comfy. No breakfast but I knew that on booking.

Stayed here last night for one night on 1st of November room was tidy and bed was very comfy would definitely recommend and will be using this guest house again when next in area

Great value for a triple room. We were only given 2 mugs, glasses, etc. which was a shame and we couldn’t find anyone in the morning to ask for an extra mug. Sink is too small to fill up a bottle or the kettle. Needed to fill up the mugs and pour those into the kettle. Other than that, it was a great room. About a 15 minute walk from the town centre. Parking around the back, but also free parking close by on weekends.
