Clean , quiet and comfortable and just off the centre. Our train was delayed so we arrived later than normal, owner was easily contactable and had us in our room in no time. Will definitely stay again.

No staff on duty. Dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom and someone's toiletries in the shower. Building was covered in scaffolding and parking was at least a 10 minute walk away. The only good thing about this place was its location.

No staff. Very strong stench of weed on entry even though it says no smoking. Great location. Room dated but clean and comfortable

For the price, it’s brilliant! Rooms are basic but have everything you need. Fresh bed sheets everyday. More attention could be on cleaning but nothing terrible. No real service as they leave you to it with your own key. Location is amazing! Right in the heart of Canterbury! I would definitely come again.
