The room was smallish but comfortable in everyway. The location is superb in walkable Canterbury. The diverse offerings for breakfast were tasty and filling. The staff were lovely and attentive. It was perhaps the most modest of our several hotels in 3 countries and three weeks. But it was one of the most appreciated for the welcoming atmosphere and accessibility to important sites in Canterbury. A bonus was to be a witness to the Limitless Travel Group that used this hotel for their many clients. The hotel accommodated them beautifully. What a touching human experience!

Very clean Hotel with great, very friendly staff. The rooms aren’t big but more than adequate given the location. Good breakfast selection and in the evening they do great Pizzas. Will definitely return to this hotel

If you can get an average online rate, this hotel offers good value for money. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are acceptable, and the staff are friendly. The location is also convenient, and parking is available. Overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure stays.

Excellent location for exploring Canterbury on foot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonable breakfast. Rather odd servicing of the rooms. No bed making, sporadic cleaning but clean towels everyday despite the fact we hung ours back up everyday. Electronic news display in the lift was stuck on a much, much earlier date! Overall though would recommend a stay here.
