Friendly helpful staff . Went to see a 4d film brilliant experience! Clean and comfortable seats . My son have informed me he'd like to watch all future films here .

Paid for an unlimited subscription to see films whenever, do I get to use the unlimited pass? Nah. The last 5 films i’ve booked a ticket too have all been cancelled, the 5th one I didn’t even get an email, I guess they decided it would be funnier to tell me when I got there. Even if you do manage to see a film at the cinema, the seats are uncomfortable, the screens are too warm (as if AC isn’t a common thing for businesses to have by now), and the snacks are extortionate, but that’s more of an industry issue than a Cineworld issue I suppose. It’s a shame Vue just shut down because now the only other cinema options are in the bay, but the travel is worth it if it means you don’t waste your time here.

Really love the ambience, clean and comfy spacious seats. There’s selection of snacks and drinks. I’m really loving this. Friendly staffs too ! It reminds me of Golden Village cinema in Singapore. I had a great day watching the Star Wars Mandalorian & Grogu.

Watched Iron Lung here on the 31st Jan, was amazing! It’s such a big cinema, and the drinks are amazing. Seats are comfortable and the screen is also big enough to see from any perspective which is good compared to other cinemas. We had a great experience.
