About Park Inn by Radisson Cardiff City Centre
Mary Ann Street sits within easy reach of Cardiff's central attractions, and the Park Inn by Radisson Cardiff City Centre makes the most of that position with a contemporary building geared towards both business stays and city breaks. Rooms are en-suite and modern in style, with family rooms and accessible rooms available, plus the practical extras of a lift, luggage storage and room service.
The hotel's grill restaurant and terrace give guests a proper sit-down option without leaving the building, backed up by a bar for a drink after exploring, and breakfast is served on site along with kids' meals for younger travellers. Those working during their stay can make use of the meeting rooms and business services, while pets are welcome for those travelling with animals. On-site parking is available, though it comes at an extra charge.
Beyond the hotel, the surrounding area offers golf, fishing and horse riding for those wanting to get outdoors, alongside a good spread of nearby pubs and restaurants for evenings out. It's a straightforward base for getting into the city and back again with minimum fuss.

Dont do it!!! Staff dont do anything about noise complaints or violence drunk customers . Worst hotel i ever ever stayed at!! Worst staff!! Wouldn’t let us have some of our money back so we could sleep elsewhere or go home early. Forced to stay awake all night long!!!! The room next door tried to enter our room and we where gasslit by staff and management saying it didnt happen the best they did was move a chair against the shared door!! Unsafe hotel!! DO NOT BOOK!!! Its only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt here!!

The location is great. Within walking distance of shopping and dining. Safe neighborhood. The lobby is stunning and there’s a quaint little bar. The rooms are pretty dated and could use some maintenance and thorough cleaning and updating. Strangely, one of the elevators is perpetually broken so it can be a really long wait to get up/down in the hotel. We stayed here as a part of a Trafalgar Tour: Britain & Ireland Highlights. Overall it was a decent place to stay.

Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a decent size with lots of amenities but no air con, Fan provided but still very hot on a 30c day! Bed was comfortable but our sleep was disrupted by a noisy delivery truck parking outside at 5am leaving its refrigeration unit running for an hour until my husband had to go out and tell driver to switch it off!! Obviously not the hotel's fault but being in the city center has its downfalls. Apart from that a lovely stay. Oh and the lift seemed a little hit and miss!!

Great city centre location, 10min walk from the principality stadium. Loads of places to eat and drink within a stones throw which is great. If I’m honest - it’s probably a little bit pricey for what you are getting, but that’s perhaps the price you pay for the location. Breakfast was an extra here and I didn’t really feel like it was great value - it was very average. I added it on at check in and that wasn’t reflected on the guys ‘list’ in the morning so I had to get reception staff to rectify that. Room was a nice size and the bed was comfy - but it was a very warm room which called for the window to be open….. and unfortunately the room backs on to a very busy street - so I was kept awake till late with the sounds of people outside at the bar behind, and then awoken from 4-5am again with the sounds of delivery trucks arriving at the Tesco etc. Pleasant enough stay, without being extraordinary.
