What visitors say
The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We had 2 members who were late and they let us wait until the next game so they could join us. The environment was great although my equipment did briefly stop working and it was difficult to find a member of staff so I did lose a bit of game time and points. But overall it was a great experience!

We had a great time. £10 for 2 games which is great value. We played individually and in teams and both time had so much fun even though there was only 6 of us. There's an instruction video first, then a room to gear up and then a large room where you play. There is a smoke machine, which we were asked if that was okay to be on, so it may be optional if that's a problem for anyone. We would all go again.

Amazing Party at Laser Quest Cardiff - Thanks, Cameron! Raphael had the best birthday party ever at Laser Quest Cardiff! The arena was great, all the children had a blast and really enjoyed their games . A special shout-out to Cameron, who made the party truly exceptional. He was helpful , patient, and went above and beyond to ensure all the kids had an amazing time. Highly recommend Laser Quest Cardiff for a fun and memorable party experience!

The game itself was great because of the people I went with but the customer service was something else (not in a good way) We went through and the opening line of the safety was not going to teach you to suck eggs. Then went on to say don’t hurt because I don’t want to fill in an accident form I have had a bad week so go eat on me. So in fact we received no safety information or just general information on how it works and another parent who I assume had been before explained it to me and my group who had never been
