Absolutely amazing stay, the view was to die for and loved the use of the sauna and hot tub. Lindsey was so helpful and friendly and bonus points for Nala and Cruise. Our stay was very special and we had a lovely time. Highly recommend and thank you very much!

We booked the tiny home advertised on Air B&B over New Year but were extremely disappointed to discover ON ARRIVAL that the property was double booked. Communication from the owner was poor but when we eventually got in contact with her she offered to book us into a hotel but they didn’t allow dogs which was the whole reason for booking her property. When speaking to the other people that booked they told us they had made contact with the owner the day before arrival confirming the details of their stay which was shocking to us as we also made contact to ask what utilities there were and were clear about our trip being the following day. The host tried to tell us that it was a mistake and she didn’t realise she double booked but with both parties making contact the previous day to confirm details I find it hard to believe. As it was over New Year and such short notice we couldn’t find another property for the same price and with the same amenities around that area of original booking. Would not book here in future.

Beautiful place to stay with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The breakfast is excellent, so much selection and nothing is too much trouble. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and the room in which we stayed was very comfortable with en-suite bathroom. I would definitely return if visiting Dumfries and Galloway in the future.

Cool location with beautiful scenery. Friendly owner with great communication. Cooked breakfast in the morning was superb! Bed and pillows comfy enough. Slightly outdated and rooms could use a little TLC. This, along with the location slightly out of the way, made it seem a little overpriced. Sauna and facilities were available for a charge which wasn't clear when we booked.
