This is a little gem of a hotel. Michelle was so lovely and helpful. We had a lovely room . In addition the evening meal was really nice and the breakfast was amazing . The hotel is also not far from Castle Douglas and Loch Ken ( if you like watersports its ideal.) We hope to go back again ...😍

I had a last minute trip and needed somewhere to sleep for a night. I found this little gem. A great little pub and lovely rooms. Friendly folk and nice, clean rooms. Menu looked good, but I didn't get to try any food. I'll definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

We were attending a family occasion and took three rooms to stay overnight. The rooms were very comfortable, we all commented on how comfortable the beds were. Breakfast was lovely and the owners were very friendly and accomodating. We will definitely use this inn when we next visit.

Great food, great drink, and great staff. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is friendly and spot on, and everything just works the way a good local should. What more you want ;)
