Airds Farm - Airdside Cottage

Airdside Cottage comes with everything needed for a proper break. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, plus a washing machine. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. The bathroom holds both a bath and walk-in shower. Three bedrooms sleep six: one double and two pairs of singles. A cot and highchair are available if you ask ahead.

The cottage sits on a small farm near Crossmichael, with countryside views toward Loch Ken. Ground floor living and dining space opens onto a garden with terrace and firepit; the hot tub fits six people. A sauna is available by arrangement. Two cars can park on site. Smoking is not permitted. Castle Douglas, known for food shops and independent retailers, is a five-minute drive away. Crossmichael itself has a village shop and pub. The Galloway Activity Centre on Loch Ken offers fishing and wild water swimming.
