I went here for my daughter’s birthday with her two friends. Who are both 13. I paid nearly £100 just for 2 hours. The prices are extortionate- not including paying extra to just sit in the cafe and get grippy socks. First of all one of my daughter’s friends turned up with grippy socks but not pacifically flip out socks. They then denied access to the trampolines until we paid more money to get the flip out ones even though there the exact same. Next thing is I think for the money you pay ,the rules are far too strict! I understand you do need to be cautious but the girls got told of for running! It is supposed to be an area to let of steam- not to just walk. The girls could not go 10 seconds without getting told of for the most ridiculous rules. And the last thing is - I payed a lot of money for a full 2 hour session of non stop facilities - this changed however when the girls got told they couldn’t go on something because basically all the inflatables etc - had shut 10 minutes early. This is a scam and I will not be returning. Without taking into account it is unhygienic and hot.

We had a great time! There is something for all ages — a stunt zone, a tumble track, a drop slide, a large soft play and an inflatable obstacle course. All great fun! The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent with plenty of hot options and tasty snacks to choose from. Plus, the free parking right outside the arena made the whole visit super easy.

The place is great fun for kids of all ages. They can play in the trampolins, soft play and inflatable obstacle course. However and the reason of 3 stars. They charge for using the lockers and admin fee for the online booking. And if you go there without one you can not pay at the till, you have to use the online booking.

We went for a friend's birthday. The whole booking sytem/time slot works well. It gets very busy at peak times, but I did notice they have sensory friendly sessions which looked great for children who get too overwhelmed. Adult spectators get a band to exchange for a coffee upstairs. The hour flew by and the kids had an awesome time. One of the kids had a minor roll of their ankle and the team were very quick and thorough checking them over. Very Pleased
