Only joined to attend group cycling classes and they turned around and removed them from their offering with less than one week's notice. I'm fuming at this incredibly poor customer service. So inconsiderate. I'll now cancel my direct debit but will still have to pay for a service that they're no longer able to provide due to the fact that they make you pay for a month in advance. Can't put into words how disappointed I am.

the teacher is good , my little one learn very well there. however , facilities for parents who waiting there are very bad. poor wifi , no ventilation , no air conditioning , even not provide a big fan there. 5 star are given to the teachers , however 3 of them deduct for the facilities

This centre is terrible run. The access system is a total joke. You have to queue up to get in and out of the turnstile that is app controlled. It occasionally works if you open the app before you enter the building due to no phone signal whilst inside. Also one of the two turnstiles has been broken for over a month so is people are struggling to get in the there phone people can’t exit. Pool is also very cold for kids swimming lessons especially when half the lessons they are hanging around waiting for other swimmers.

What once used to be a great gym for the local community is now just a gym full of students using it as a hangout! The gym is small but offers enough basic equipment to carry out a workout! Unfortunately all the college students have ruined this, every evening until 8-9 o’clock the gym is full of kids, who hang around in groups on the equipment just having a social catch up. Many of the facilities are dirty, and every time you walk past reception you see a collection of staff just hiding in the back office. It seems that Everyone Active just wants to get as much money as possible by offering a below average service. Strongly think twice before signing up to this gym!
