Heron Lodge

Heron Lodge is a ground-floor holiday home at Billing Aquadrome in West Northamptonshire, sleeping four across two bedrooms. Everything you need for self-catering is here: the kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, air fryer and fridge-freezer; bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are all included; and there's parking for one car on site. The living space is open-plan, with an electric wood burner, Smart TV with Netflix access, and French doors opening onto decking.

One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds; the bathroom has a shower cubicle. Outside, wrap-around decking faces the front green, while a gravelled garden at the rear looks onto a stream and features a brick-built barbecue with outdoor seating. The lodge does not allow smoking.

Billing Aquadrome itself has lakes, a marina and riverside walks, plus an indoor pool complex, adventure playground and crazy golf (activities are payable). A pub is within a mile. The location puts you within reach of Northamptonshire's broader attractions, and there are bars and restaurants in the park itself if you'd rather not cook.
