To The Brink is fully equipped for self-catering, with heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels all included. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer for preparing meals. A double bedroom and a twin room sleep four; the shower room has a cubicle and toilet. The open-plan living space contains a smart TV and electric fire, with French doors onto decking where you can sit out over the River Nene. An enclosed back garden has a terrace and garden furniture.

Everything is on the ground floor, accessed by five steps. The property stands within Billing Aquadrome Holiday Park, where fishing is available on-site (at additional cost, with licence required), and there's an adventure play area and bike track for children. The park has lakes and riverside walks, plus seasonal entertainment. Northampton lies nearby; Delapré Abbey and Stanwick Lakes are both within reach for days out. One car can park on-site, with additional parking available. No smoking inside.
