Go Ape Chelmsford

We recently visited with my son (AudHD) and his friend both 11 YOs. We received a warm welcome at the cabin which was fantastic but and I was hoping that mentioning my sons needs on arrival would have triggered a process so this information could be flagged with the team rather than me explaining to each person each time! We had trouble with the harder courses and I was about to suggest heading home but Lily stepped in, was proactive and suggested we do the lower level course which helped build back his confidence (he ended up doing both zip lines x 2!) and feel like he had accomplished something. Lily was amazing and really understood the situation, was empathetic and went above and beyond. She is an asset to your team ✨ she totally turned a negative into a positive! Thank you 😁!

We had an amazing experience at Go Ape Chelmsford! From the minute we arrived, the team were fantastic. A member of the Go Ape staff told us to check in at the cabin. Rachel at the cabin window was so helpful and fun—a very happy face to see! She got all the kids ready and gathered them to go through the safety rules, which was lovely. On the treetop adventure course, Jem and Izzy were absolutely fabulous. The kids had a brilliant time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team looking after us. We popped back up to the cabin just before we left to collect our medals, and Rachel told us about the Sundown Adventure, which sounds amazing. We’ll definitely be back soon, maybe we will do it in the dark.

Just had fantastic day at Go Ape Chelmsford. We were really well looked after with an excellent detailed briefing and great support throughout our stay. We would like to make a special mention for Izzy and Nick who really went the extra mile. The activity is exciting and the team clearly love working here! Thank you

After significant weight loss I chose to celebrate being fit enough to go to Go Ape. I want to take the time out to thank every member of staff that made the day and enjoyable time! But overall I would like to thank our host Camilla. She was so kind, welcoming & funny! She was engaging on each course really felt like she was having as much fun as us! I didn't get a chance to get the name of the blonde lady working reception, I think she may have been GM. I would like to take this time to thank you for the kind words celebrating my weight loss! I have recommended this EVERYONE for a fun day out, you can grab a snack and go for a lovely walk around Hylands after! Everyone I interacted with on the day is an asset to the business and should receive recognition for their enthusiasm for their job.
