Belt Annexe

Belt Annexe is a single-storey property on the outskirts of Writtle, with woodland views and a private hot tub in the back garden. The annexe is yours alone, sleeping three across a double bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Everything sits on ground level: the bedroom has air conditioning and direct access to the garden, the wet room includes a bath with shower, and the open-plan kitchen and living space is lit by large windows facing the trees.

Cooking facilities run to an electric hob and oven, so you can prepare proper meals rather than snacks. Heating is via air source heat pump with additional air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Wifi, bed linen, towels and electricity are included. There is parking for one car on site. The property does not permit smoking.

Writtle village is within reach, and Chelmsford city centre and Hylands Park are both close by. The woodland setting attracts wildlife—foxes, pheasants and birds of prey are regular visitors. The hot tub seats four and is available as a private amenity.
