The Cottage

The Cottage is a renovated property retaining original character features, situated within the grounds of Little Channels golf club on the Channels Estate. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms serve six guests across two storeys. Downstairs holds a living and dining room with smart TV, a kitchen fitted with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, plus the first bedroom (kingsize with ensuite). Upstairs are two further bedrooms: one kingsize with ensuite, one with zip-and-link singles (which convert to a superking) and ensuite. All bathrooms have cubicle showers and toilets. Oil heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. Parking for three cars sits on the property.

The enclosed rear garden has a lawn and patio with seating. Little Channels is a nine-hole pay-and-play course open to all abilities, with a bistro roughly 220 yards away serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. A bar and brasserie offering Sunday roasts is a short drive off. Chelmsford city centre is reachable by car or park-and-ride bus, bringing shopping centres, undercover market, theatre, cinema, restaurants, bars and the Riverside Centre for ice skating, swimming and sports.
