Clean rooms and friendly staff. Air con in room was much appreciated with the recent warm weather we've been having! Comfy beds, free parking and a nice clean place to stay. We did not eat here so cannot comment on food or restaurant service. Would happily stay again.

Very friendly staff provided a warm welcome. Our room was on the second floor and there was a lift to get there. Typical premier inn room but immaculate throughout. Comfortable bed, air conditioning working well despite the heatwave. Only negative was the shower which was ok if you're under 5'6" and had that daft large shower head but only just enough pressure. New EV chargers nearby which was handy and only a few minutes from the A12.

Air con NOT working in some rooms and sign saying window doesn't open which is false. The heat hit us when we opened the room - we had to stand back. We left the door open to the landing for a while. When we eventually went to reception and were brought two fans. The USB plug didn't hold a charger. Room great otherwise. Breakfast great.

Not the usual quality and reliability u get from most premier inns. Looks like a favourite spot for club and rave goers and therefore noisy rooms next door. Water heater was dirty so had to ask for a new one. Breakfast was OK at best, not worthy of £11 they charged. Service at breakfast was subpar and they looked as if they hated their jobs. Overall not worth the price.
